Kristen Duncan Williams is a Writer/Producer with over 15 years of combined TV production and PR experience. Clients include Nickelodeon, AMC, WE TV, Oxygen Media/NBC, Lifetime, USA Network and more.

Kristen will conceptualize, collaborate, develop, pitch and write strong and stand out creative for: launch campaigns, tune-in promotion, image spots, integrated marketing pitch documents and network rebrand work.

Kristen was chosen by NIKON as 1 of 16 photographers to participate in a national and worldwide NIKON digital print & ad campaign for the promotion of their new camera. Kristen’s photographs and self-portrait appeared in Nikon ads that featured in such magazines as Newsweek, NY Magazine, Time, National Geographic, etc.


Bio

Kristen Duncan Williams is a Writer/Producer.

Kristen has most recently served as a staff Writer for Nickelodeon's On-Air department for Nick Jr. in the preschool division. In partnership with the Editorial Director, Kristen would conceptualize, develop, pitch and write scripts for tune-in promotion, launch campaigns, marketing initiatives and rebrand work for the Nick Jr. channel.

Prior to Nickelodeon, Kristen worked on a freelance basis writing tune-in spots and pitch documents for clients such as NBC/Oxygen, Lifetime, WE TV, AMC, Current TV and USA Network.

Kristen served as Writer/Producer for Oxygen/NBC Universal before coming to Nickelodeon assigned to The Janice Dickinson Modeling Agency, The Bad Girls Club, Tori & Dean Inn Love, Captured, Oxygen Mentor's Walk and Monique’s Fat Chance.

Previously, Kristen was an Associate Producer for Special Projects On-Air for Rainbow Media working on projects for AMC, IFC, WE: Women’s Entertainment, VOOM and FUSE.

In addition, Kristen worked as a Junior Publicist at The Kreisberg Group, a full-service international marketing and public relations firm representing cultural profit and non-profit clients: Santiago Calatrava, The Children's Museum of Manhattan and The Storm King Art Center. Kristen then did freelance PR for such clients as The Jen Bekman Gallery and artist Will Ryman son to Robert Ryman.

Prior to her work in public relations, Kristen worked for five years at Nickelodeon working in production on such shows as SpongeBob Squarepants, Rugrats, Hey Arnold!, Angry Beavers and Double Dare. While at Nickelodeon Kristen also served as a member of the Writing and Development team for pilots in production.

Kristen lives in Brooklyn with husband Eliot Shepard and daughter Lilian.
